alletta has been registered with the Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority FINMA as an independent insurance broker since 9 August 2023, in accordance with Art. 45 of the Insurance Supervision Act (ISA). This means we are not tied to any insurer, may arrange insurance contracts, and are legally required to remain neutral.

We are not obligated to any insurer. We compare offers based on your needs and budget – not on which insurer pays us the most. This is regulated by law and supervised by FINMA.Data protection

All data is processed and stored on servers in Germany in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). The revised Swiss Data Protection Act (revDPA) also applies to people residing in Switzerland.
Your data belongs to you.
We do not sell personal data to third parties. Your data is used solely to arrange and conclude your insurance policy. You can request access to, correction, or deletion of your data at any time.Information pursuant to Art. 45 ISA
The Insurance Supervision Act (ISA) requires insurance brokers to be transparent. Here you will find all information required by law under Art. 45 ISA.

alletta sales platform ag receives commissions or customary brokerage fees from insurance companies. The client expressly waives the transfer of this compensation. The amount is disclosed in the terms and conditions and on request.
alletta may share part of the compensation with you. Further information will be provided during the consultation.
alletta works with its clients in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions.
alletta sales platform ag is liable for errors, negligence, or incorrect information connected with its brokerage activities. Professional liability insurance is held with Zurich and covers financial loss up to CHF 5,000,000.
