alletta launches Switzerland’s first digital insurance advisor – health insurance comparison with AI and avatar

Customers can complete contracts directly; the brokerage commission is shared, cashback up to 300 francs only for supplementary insurance (criticised by consumer protection). For selection, questions similar to those on Comparis are asked; data for the health declaration is stored temporarily in Switzerland, the AI does not store it; permanently only name, age and place of residence are kept. At launch, CSS, Swica, Visana, Groupe Mutuel, Helsana, KPT, Sympany are included (approx. 80% coverage); cheaper smaller insurers may be missing.
